Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1

Do you provide quotes for commercial projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide quotes for commercial glass projects. Contact us by phone at (636) 789-4443 or use our contact form to describe your project and we'll get back to you promptly.

Question 2

Do you work with general contractors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work regularly with general contractors on new construction and renovation projects. We can be brought in at the bid stage and work through project closeout. Our commercial work includes storefronts, curtain walls, commercial entrances, and door hardware.

Question 3

Can you replace fogged insulated glass without replacing the entire window?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes. We can replace just the insulated glass unit (IGU) — the sealed glass panel — without removing or replacing the window frame. This is typically a more cost-effective solution. Contact us with your window dimensions and we can advise on the best approach.

Question 4

Do you repair commercial storefront doors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We repair commercial aluminum storefront doors including closers, hinges, pivots, push/pull hardware, and door adjustments. A malfunctioning commercial door is a security and safety concern — we respond promptly to repair requests.

Question 5

Can you replace tempered glass?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We supply and install replacement tempered glass for commercial applications. Tempered glass must be cut and tempered before installation — it cannot be cut on-site. We order to your specifications and schedule installation once the glass is ready.

Question 6

What areas do you service?

Accepted Answer

We are based in De Soto, MO and primarily serve Jefferson County and surrounding Missouri communities. Contact us to confirm service availability for your specific location.

Question 7

Do you install new commercial storefront systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We design, fabricate, and install complete aluminum storefront systems for new construction and renovation projects. We work with general contractors and facility managers from bid through project closeout.

Question 8

How long does replacement glass typically take?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround time depends on the glass type and size. Standard flat glass and many insulated units can often be completed within a few business days. Tempered glass requires additional lead time for fabrication. Contact us for a timeline specific to your project.
